Visiting scholars are individuals whose primary purpose for residence at NCCU campus is to conduct research and/or lectures. The applicant shall not possess a student identity when applying for the program. The length of stay for a visiting scholar is normally not more than one year. Visiting scholar positions are not compensated.

Visiting scholar application procedure:
- Applicant sends the Visiting Scholars Program Form to the ICI office.
- If approved, the applicant will be notified via email and a formal invitation letter will be sent.
